First, measure the diameter across the top of your vessel. You’re aiming for a snug little fit — not too loose, or your candle might slouch and misbehave. A cozy slip-in fit is just right.
Next, check the height of your vessel. It should be at least 1/4 inch taller than the refill to give that burn pool some room to groove.
Our candle refills are made to be used inside a heatproof vessel — no exceptions!
They’re not votives, wax melts, or standalone pillar candles, so placing them directly on a surface isn’t safe and won’t give you the best burn. Always pop your refill into a properly sized, heat-safe container before lighting. It’s the key to a clean, even, and safe candle experience.
